ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role supports both digital marketing and web development functions.
DIGITAL MARKETING DUTIES:
This role supports both digital marketing and web development functions.
DIGITAL MARKETING DUTIES:
- Assist with updating and optimising digital campaigns and assets
- Support social media management including scheduling, monitoring, and engagement
- Contribute to monthly content planning aligned with campaigns and launches
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and performance tracking
- Assist with Mailchimp e-mail builds and deployment
- Support campaign coordination to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Maintain and update WordPress websites using Elementor
- Upload and publish content including articles, press releases, and case studies
- Optimise and replace website images to meet performance standards
- Support content formatting using Elementor and CSS
- Conduct routine checks for errors, broken links, and outdated content
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Maintain organised records of updates and content uploads
- Apply basic SEO best practices to content and links

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant diploma or degree in digital marketing, web development, or related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp
- Basic experience with WordPress and Elementor. WooCommerce is advantageous
- Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and related technologies
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- 1 to 2 year’s work experience would be preferable
- Exposure to AI tools is advantageous
CERTIFICATES/LICENCES/REGISTRATIONS
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Own vehicle required
