Tier Expands Spc Colourways With Classic Commercial Range

Eva-Last, manufacturers of TIER indoor flooring, have announced the launch of their new Classic commercial range of Stone Polymer Composite (SPC) flooring. This expands their current TIER Classic range to include five fashionable new colourways that provide the beauty of wood in a SPC offering.
Offering superior performance ideally suited to the African climate, TIER Classic Commercial is available in Grey Oak, Eucalyptus Natural, Washed Oak Natural, Washed Walnut and Streaked Mahogany.
The TIER Classic commercial range offers exceptional reliability and durability, making it ideal for a wide variety of commercial applications. Its advanced design allows for easy installation, even in domestic settings, giving property owners access to greater possibilities with 15 TIER flooring colours across both the Classic and Element ranges to choose from.
Stone Polymer Composite (SPC) became popular as a hybrid between ceramic tiles and soft, sound- and water-resistant vinyl with a rigid core. TIER floating composite floors are designed with a 2G click-installation system, perfectly suited for demanding environments. This technology offers a strong, robust, and reliable system for easily installing floors that perform long-term.
TIER’s heat-stable CarbideCore – the thickest on the market in the Classic commercial offering – is made from a mineral polymer compound able to tolerate temperatures of up to 80°C. This ensures the floor will retain its shape, even when one part is exposed to harsh sunlight while another section may be shielded from the sun.
The scuff- and scratch-resistant wear layer of 0,5mm on the Classic commercial offering boasts a wear rating of AC4, capable of withstanding the wear and tear of gyms, entrance lobbies, shopping centres or restaurants and even public restrooms. It’s 1mm IXPE underlay ensures thermal and sound insulation and provides added comfort underfoot.
“We are confident the market will love this new product and colour offering, whether in commercial or residential applications,” says TIER Product Manager, Ruan Kraft.
