STAGE 1

Site Inspection, Technical Review, & Approval

In the initial stage of any commercial project, the Eva-Last Projects team will review the brief and conduct a site visit. Following this, the Eva-Last Projects drawing team will develop technical drawings, including 2D and 3D CAD mock-ups, for review and approval, as outlined in the three steps below.

FLOOR PLANS

The Eva-Last Projects team begins by generating and submitting detailed floor plans along with a cost estimate and lead times for supply and installation. Your Eva-Last project manager will discuss these plans and have any feedback incorporated and have adjustments to floor plans made where necessary.

2D TECHNICAL DRAWINGS

Once floorplans have been approved, the Eva-Last Projects drawing team will generate 2D technical drawings to ensure the details and nuances of your vision are included in the project design. Your project manager will submit and discuss these drawings with you and ensure final approval.

3D MOCKUPS

The final step in Stage 1 is the generation and submission of 3D mock-ups of your project. These detailed mock-ups give you further insight into how the final project will look and function and offer the opportunity to make any final adjustments to your project design.

STAGE 2

Project Installation & Completion

In Stage 2 the Eva-Last Projects team focuses on the installation and completion of your commercial project. The Eva-Last Projects management and installation teams are highly skilled composite experts who value open communication to ensure the project is implemented to your exact specifications.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The first step of Stage 2 is to establish and foster a productive working relationship with your project management team. Your project manager is available for consultations and is on hand to make any on-site adjustments that may arise during installation.

PROJECT INSTALLATION

The Eva-Last Projects division devotes itself to quality installations. The final step of the project involves installation. Eva-Last Projects composite installation experts undertake a thorough and precise installation in line with the approved drawings to ensure the longevity of both the product and workmanship and deliver a beautiful, final result.
